Operational Audit

Before we work together long-term, we start here.

The Operational Audit is a structured look at how your business actually runs: your systems, your team, where the gaps are and what’s eating into your time.

You fill in a short questionnaire beforehand, then we spend two hours going through it properly.

What you get:

• A written report, prioritised into what needs fixing now and what can wait

• A review of your tools and systems: what’s working, what’s under-used or duplicated, and what’s missing

• Options for each recommendation: how to do it yourself, or what it would look like with support

• A follow-up call to talk it through together

It’s the first step for anyone starting an Operations Partner relationship with me. It’s also useful on its own if you want an honest outside view of your operations without committing to ongoing support. The report is yours to use however you like.

The Audit is £495. If you sign up as an Operations Partner client within 30 days, the fee comes off your first invoice.
