Operational Audit

Before we work together long-term, we start here.

The Operational Audit is a structured look at how your business actually runs: your systems, your team, where the gaps sit, and what's quietly costing you time. You fill in a short questionnaire beforehand, then we spend two to three hours going through it properly. What comes back is a written report, prioritised into what needs fixing now and what can wait, plus a follow-up call to talk it through together.

It's the first step for anyone starting an Operations Partner relationship with me. It's also useful on its own, if you want an honest outside view of your operations without committing to ongoing support.

If you go on to sign up as an Ops Partner client within 30 days, that fee comes off your first invoice.
