Working with us

No. Monthly support runs on a rolling basis with 1 months’ notice, so you we can remain flexible as your needs change. Project work is agreed separately, with a clear scope and timeline before we start.
-
Yes. The Right Hand holds professional indemnity insurance, and is registered with the ICO. Every associate on our team is insured, ICO registered and signs a confidentiality agreement before working on any client business. Access to your systems is set up securely and removed when it’s no longer needed.

Operations Partner is strategic support from me. We work together on systems, processes and the bigger operational picture, so your business runs well without everything coming through you. Operations Support is hands-on VA support from our managed team, covering admin, marketing, and regular and routine tasks. If you need someone to think it through with you, start with Operations Partner. If you know what needs doing and need the capacity, Operations Support is the better fit. Many clients use both.

That depends on the service. Operations Partner work is done by me. Operations Support is usually delivered by my associate team, who are experienced VAs and specialists I’ve vetted and work with closely. I find, brief and quality-check the right people for your business, and I stay your single point of contact throughout, so you never have to manage this yourself.
-
Most clients start with an Operational Audit. It’s a structured review of how your business runs, including your tools and systems, and you come away with a written report and clear recommendations you can act on yourself or with our support. The audit is £495, credited against your first month if you go on to work with us as an Operations Partner.
You’re also welcome to book a call with me, and we can work out together what would be most helpful for you

No. We’re based in Inverness and work with a lot of businesses across the Highlands, but most of our support is delivered remotely, so we work with founders and directors across Scotland and the rest of the UK.
